This Banner Placement Policy ("Policy") defines the conditions, restrictions, enforcement rules, and technical requirements governing the purchase, upload, and display of advertising banners on www.emptyleg.ge ("the Platform").

By purchasing, uploading, or displaying any banner, the advertiser ("Advertiser") confirms full acceptance of:

2. Automatic Publishing Model

Banners uploaded by the Advertiser are published automatically without prior approval and become publicly visible immediately.

However, all content is subject to continuous monitoring and post-publication compliance control by the Platform.

The absence of prior review does not constitute acceptance or approval of the content.

3. Strictly Prohibited Advertising Content

The following content is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN under any circumstances:

3.1 Alcohol, Tobacco & Substance-Related Content

Alcohol of any type (including wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, or "non-alcoholic" branded beverages)
Tobacco products, nicotine products, vapes, or smoking accessories

3.2 Gambling & Financial Betting Activities

Casinos (online or offline)
Sports betting or wagering
Slot clubs or gaming houses
Any service involving financial gain based on chance
Lottery or prize draw advertising without valid governmental license

3.3 Weapons & Dangerous Equipment

Firearms and firearm components
Ammunition or weapon accessories

3.4 Drugs, Harmful Substances & Medical Misuse

Narcotics, steroids, or controlled substances
Devices intended for their use
Unregistered medicines or unauthorized medical treatments

3.5 Adult Content & Exploitation

Adult services or prostitution-related promotion
Pornographic or sexually explicit material
Any exploitation of minors
Content depicting cruelty or violence without legitimate context

3.6 Political & Religious Messaging

Political campaigns, advocacy, or endorsements
Religious promotion or criticism
Ideological persuasion of any kind

3.7 Harmful, Offensive or Discriminatory Content

Hate speech, harassment, or bullying
Discrimination based on nationality, religion, gender, ethnicity, or beliefs

3.8 Illegal or Rights-Violating Activities

Human trafficking or exploitation

False guarantees, fabricated partnerships, or misleading services

4. Enforcement & Monitoring

Violations may be identified through:

Internal audits
User complaints
Regulatory notices

Immediate Enforcement Measures

If a violation is detected:

The banner will be deleted immediately
The Advertiser's account will be automatically suspended or permanently deleted
Access to services will be revoked without prior notice

5. Permanent Account Termination

Serious violations result in:

Full account deletion
No right to restore or recreate the account
Blocking of future registrations if necessary

Maximum File Size: 5 MB

Technical Restrictions

No scripts, malware, or tracking injections
No forced redirects or pop-ups
Destination URLs must be lawful and functional

Design & Content Standards

Professional appearance suitable for aviation platform
No misleading calls-to-action
No imitation of platform UI or system messages

8. No Guarantee of Performance

Emptyleg.ge does not guarantee:

Impressions
Click-through rates
Conversions or business outcomes

Banner placement does not imply endorsement or partnership.

9. Advertiser Responsibility

Advertisers bear full legal responsibility for:

Content legality
Regulatory compliance in all jurisdictions
Accuracy of claims and representations

The Platform acts solely as a technical publisher.

10. Policy Updates

Emptyleg.ge reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Continued use of advertising services constitutes acceptance of updates.

11. Non-Refundable Payments & Right of Account Termination

11.1 Strictly Non-Refundable Payments

All payments for banner placement, advertising packages, or promotional services are strictly non-refundable from the moment payment is successfully processed.

No refunds shall be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

Early removal of banners
Account suspension or permanent termination

11.2 Violation of Banner Placement Rules

If an Advertiser violates any provision of this Policy, the Platform reserves the right to:

Immediately remove the banner without prior notice
Suspend or permanently delete the Advertiser's account
Restrict future access to advertising services

11.3 No Right to Claim Refund or Compensation

In such cases, the Advertiser waives any right to demand or claim:

Paid advertising packages
Remaining unused advertising period
Account termination
Alleged loss of business or opportunity

11.4 Acknowledgment of Responsibility

By purchasing any advertising service, the Advertiser confirms:

Full understanding of this Policy
Compliance is mandatory
All financial risks from non-compliance are solely borne by the Advertiser
