1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.emptyleg.ge ("Platform") and the services offered, including posting empty leg flights, purchasing advertisement banners, and other related services. By registering or using the Platform, users ("User" or "Advertiser") accept these Terms fully.
2. User Types and Registration
2.1 User Types
- Operator: Authorized companies that post empty leg flights. Registration requires company verification.
- Advertiser/Banner User: Individuals or companies who purchase advertising banners.
2.2 Registration Information
For all Users, the following information is collected:
- Contact Name, Surname or Company Name
- Contact Email
- Contact Phone
- Company Address
For Operators, additional documents are required:
- Company Registration Certificate
- Air Operator Certificate (AOC)
- Company Charterer
This information is primarily used for:
- User identification
- Verification of authorization
- Invoice generation and financial purposes
All collected data is stored on secure servers hosted on AWS, in compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
3. Banner Placement Policy
3.1 Purpose
Defines conditions, restrictions, and technical requirements for advertising banners. By purchasing or uploading banners, Advertisers confirm acceptance of these rules.
3.2 Prohibited Content
Strictly forbidden content includes, but is not limited to:
- Alcohol, tobacco, smoking-related products
- Gambling, casinos, lotteries, betting services
- Adult content, prostitution, or sexual exploitation
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, knives
- Drugs, steroids, unsafe health products, unregistered medication
- Images or content clearly offensive without artistic value
- Promotion of violence, hate speech, discrimination, trafficking, illegal activities
- Political or religious content that may offend
- Any content violating local or international law
3.3 Enforcement
- Banners violating rules are automatically deleted
- Accounts violating rules are permanently terminated
- No refund for banner payments is applicable
3.4 Banner Packages and Prices

4. Empty Leg Posting & Token Packages
Posting empty leg listings requires tokens, purchased as follows:

- Tokens are deducted per listing
- Expired tokens cannot be reused
- Platform does not guarantee flight bookings or conversions
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Processing
All payment transactions are carried out by our authorized payment service providers regulated by the National Bank of Georgia, primarily Tpay LLC, and via Flitt.com.
Card Data: Emptyleg.ge does not store or process any credit card information. All card data is handled securely by Flitt.com in compliance with Visa, Mastercard, and acquirer rules.
Invoices: Generated automatically for all token and banner purchases.
5.2 Non-Refundable Payments
- All payments are strictly non-refundable
- No compensation for banner removal, account termination, or unused token periods
6. Flight Booking & Quotation Disclaimer
- Emptyleg.ge acts as a platform connecting Operators and customers.
- We are not responsible for communication, flight execution, costs, or disputes between parties.
- All quotes and flight listings must comply with platform operational rules and terms.
7. Account Termination
Emptyleg.ge reserves the right to terminate accounts permanently in cases of:
- Prohibited content posting
- Repeated violations
- False or misleading information submission
- Violation of banner or flight posting rules
8. Data Protection & GDPR
- Personal and company data is stored securely on AWS
- GDPR rights apply: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability
- Data is used for verification, invoicing, communications, and platform operation
9. Technical Requirements
- Banners must comply with size, format, and performance rules
- Empty leg listings must provide accurate flight data
- Users are responsible for the legality and accuracy of all uploaded content
10. Legal Disclaimer
- Emptyleg.ge is not liable for operational or financial consequences from flight bookings, advertisements, or disputes
- Platform use is at the sole risk of the user
- All content remains the responsibility of the user
11. Acknowledgment
By using the platform, Users acknowledge:
- Understanding of banner and token rules
- Acceptance of non-refundable payments
- Compliance with all platform, legal, and payment regulations
