Emptyleg.ge is operated by APOLAX Soft LLC and hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS provides the infrastructure, but APOLAX Soft LLC controls the application layer and user data processing.

• Generating invoices and financial accounting

• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and platform rules

5. Data Storage and Processing

All user data is stored securely on AWS servers. AWS operates under the Shared Responsibility Model: AWS secures the cloud infrastructure, while APOLAX Soft LLC secures the application, user data access, and compliance.

Data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR where applicable. AWS acts as a subprocessor under the instructions of APOLAX Soft LLC.

Sensitive documents (e.g., AOC, company registration) are encrypted in storage and accessible only to authorized staff for verification purposes.

6. User Responsibilities

• All users must provide accurate and truthful information. Misrepresentation or falsification of data is prohibited.
• Operators are responsible for submitting valid, legally issued documents that authorize them to operate flights.
• Banner advertisers must comply with the Banner Placement Policy, including prohibited content rules and payment terms.
• Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Unauthorized access or sharing of credentials is prohibited.

7. Account Enforcement & Termination

APOLAX Soft LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts in case of:

• Misuse of the platform or violation of policies
• Posting prohibited content (banner or flight postings)
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity

Users whose accounts are terminated have no right to refunds for payments, including advertising or subscription fees.

Account termination is final; users cannot revert or reactivate terminated accounts without prior approval from APOLAX Soft LLC.

8. Banner & Advertising Compliance

All advertising banners must comply with the Banner Placement Policy, including prohibited content restrictions.

Any violation may result in:

• Immediate removal of the advertisement
• Account suspension or permanent termination
• Non-refundable payments

9. Payment Terms

• All payments for subscription plans, advertising packages, or platform services are strictly non-refundable once processed.
• Users acknowledge and accept that payments cannot be claimed back in case of violation or account termination.

10. Data Privacy & Security

• User personal and company data is stored securely on AWS infrastructure with encryption and access controls.
• APOLAX Soft LLC ensures GDPR compliance and data protection measures.
• Data may be processed to operate the platform, verify identity, generate invoices and financial reporting, and communicate policy changes and platform updates.

11. Agreement to Terms

By completing registration:

• You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• You accept that APOLAX Soft LLC controls all processing of user data in compliance with applicable law.
• You acknowledge that account violations may result in immediate enforcement actions without refund.
• You agree to comply with platform policies, including the Banner Placement Policy and Terms & Conditions.
